General Returns Terms

• Returns accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
• The product must be in the its original state, without signs of use, and accompanied by the its original packaging.
• Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to error or defect in the product from our side.

Returns for Custom Made Products

The custom-made products are designed and created exclusively for you, according to your own preferences and requirements. Given their uniqueness, they cannot be returned or exchanged, unless:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• There was an error on our part in executing your order.

In these cases, we fully undertake the replacement or refund, covering return costs.

Refund

• The process is completed. within 5 working days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Exceptions

• Products that have been used, washed or worn are not accepted for return.
• Custom made products that do not present a defect cannot be returned.
